Barry Jackson, CPA, CLM | President
Barry Jackson has been helping attorneys solve administrative problems in the New York and New Jersey legal industry for over twenty years for both large and small firms (including sole proprietors). He is well versed as a Certified Legal Manager in all areas of legal administration including but not limited to Accounting, Human Resources and Benefits, Information Technology, Office Services, Records, Marketing and Library Management. His article, “The Art and Science of Benefits Provision” was published in the New York Law Journal establishing Barry as a expert in Human Resources and as the main Principal of “Best Practices in Legal Management, A Comprehensive Guide” published by the NYSBA in January 2010 proves Barry to be the man who literally “wrote the book on legal administration”.

Rick D’Aversa | Management Advisor
Rick has over 42 years of professional business and management experience. He has worked both in a corporate environment (IBM) and with three major law firms, Kenyon & Kenyon; Zeichner, Ellman & Krause; Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen and Loewy. He has helped to guide these firms to accomplish their goals of greater client support, profit and growth through his skills in management and in teaching "getting the most from your team”. He has been responsible in all areas of H/R and Administration as well as Facility and Office Services and building Management.
In the area of H/R Rick assisted his former firm in the rapid growth of staff (over 100% in the early 2000's). He was in charge of sourcing staff and implementing new and more effective tools to improve productivity. He has been involved in very sensitive "personnel" conflicts and was responsible for an actual reversal of submission of a filed EEO complaint by convincing the employee to amicably drop the complaint.
He has trained staff in all areas of team and self management as well as understanding the correct way to evaluate all staffs performance. Rick has been involved in a major multi-million dollar office relocation (uptown - downtown NYC). His responsibilities not only focused on the actually move/build out/budget but staff morale and motivation.
Camille T. Powers | Management Advisor
Camille Powers is a Human Resources and Management Advisor and Strategist who has been recognized for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in Human Resources management and consultation. Camille guides her private "clients" on how to leverage their most valuable asset, their human capital, with innovative programs and proven initiatives. Camille became involved in her profession because of her passion for efficiency and excellence and she attributes her success to her achievements in increasingly responsible positions, dedication and perseverance. Ms. Powers received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Industrial Psychology from Baruch College, Manhattan. She also holds a Substitute Teacher Credential from Somerset County, New Jersey which allows her to extend to young people her commitment to workforce preparation and career success.
